How has your week been? Our's has been just okay. Poor Ina has been sick with a GI bug, but is still trucking along, which I am so thankful for.
I am also thankful for:
-Family watching Ina while she is sick and no one else in our friends/family catching what she has.
-My new Fitbit ChargeHR!
My family drew names this year for Christmas and I seriously, seriously lucked out when my cousin Ashley drew my name. I have wanted one of these for a long time now, but haven’t been able to get one due to some kind of silly reasons (re: Dan’s paranoia). I will write a full review a little later, but so far I really love it! I thought that I would see how sedentary my life is because I have a desk job, but as it turns out, having two children helps me easily get 10K steps a day. On Monday I worked from home with the girls and I went up and down the stairs 35 times! Ha!
-T25 Gamma workouts. Short, effective DVD workouts are what I need in this season of my life, especially with a broken treadmill. I started the gamma round of T25 and so far I really like it because the workouts are focused more on lifting. I love feeling myself getting stronger.
-Our budget. This time of year is usually pretty stressful financially, because it seems like everything comes at once. Christmas gifts. Personal property taxes. Our timeshare maintenance fees. Fixing our stove. Buying new tires for my car. The list goes on and on. However, because we budgeted and saved for all those things, paying for them is as simple as transferring money from one account to the next.
