Now that baby girl is (mostly) sleeping through the night seems I am back in the morning exercising game.
Yesterday morning Kim and I were up and at 'em early for a 3 mile run.
I highly recommend you find someone to run in the dark with.
Kim brought a flashing light, so we were extra safe. Also, the three miles flew by so fast because of the awesome conversation.
Ina tries to talk, (check out my Instagram for a video of her talking in her sleep) but the conversation just doesn't hold my interest in the say way. Ha!
The rest of the day was awesome.
Lunch with Meg at a new to me Indian restaurant.
I came home from work to a house that smelled like roast chicken (thanks to Dan the Man).
Dan's parent's came over for dinner.
I truly believe I had a good day because I started it out on the right foot, er feet, with a run.
This morning I made it to the 5:30 am spin class
and created a pool of sweat at the bottom of the bike that Ina could swim in.
Note to self: bring something for hydration other than a cup of coffee
I know I have talked about this before, but exercising in the morning is key for me. As the day goes on, life gets in the way and more than likely a workout doesn't happen.
What about you? Do you exercise in the morning, afternoon, or evening? Why?
