Yesterday was a good day.
I bounced out of bed at 4:30 (it is amazing the energy a full night's sleep can give you), wrote my blog, went on a 3 mile dark and chilly run,
jumped in the shower, fed Ina, and was only 5 minutes late to my WW meeting.
Hey, 5 minutes is pretty good.
The meeting was great, although Ina was confused and thought she was supposed to be the leader and would not stop talking.
(Hi Mom! Thanks Amanda for the picture!)
She was dolling out lots of good advice.
After WW Ina and I drove to my sister's house where I worked for the day while Ina played with her cousins.
Babies feeding each other grapes = too cute.
Ina and I headed home after work. We walked through the door just as Dan was starting dinner - pork tacos. (I know, not on the meal plan, but when Dan is in charge of dinner I don't argue.)
This is the second time we have had this type of tacos. Last time it was with beef but both times they were delicious. Corn tortilla, meat, raw onion, cilantro, lime juice, and a sprinkle of salt. You just can't beat it.
These were so good that Ina inhaled 3 "servings" of pork and peas.
After all that eating bath time was next and we made sure to steer clear of any drains.
We went to bed early. LIke 7:30 early.
It was a good day.
Have a wonderful weekend! I will see you on Sunday with next week's food and fitness plan!
Sounds like a great day!!! Yummy tacos!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm impressed with Ina's eating skills. G HATES peas. Little stinker has also decided she only wants to eat purees all of a sudden.
ReplyDeleteIna's already in leader-in-training mode haha!
ReplyDeleteI was to say, omg i would be afraid to be out running in the dark, but you could probably outrun anything haha!
