Charity Bake Sale

Today you are in for a special treat.

I have donated two treats.  The first is EmilyBites's chocolate chip banana baked oatmeal singles.


These are Weight Watchers friendly (3 points plus).  I eat them for breakfast, a snack, or for dessert. They are AMAZING.

The second is Dan's favorite: chocolate peanut butter no-bake cookies.  These are not so Weight Watchers friendly, but can be enjoyed in moderation. Hehehe.


Dan just walked by the computer and saw that picture and has been begging me to make them.  I told him he could go online and buy them tomorrow.

Eats
Breakfast was a quickie smoothie that included 1 c skim milk, 1 scoop of protein powder, kale, frozen mixed berries, and a handful of ice cubes.


Lunch was a combo of left overs from the past few days.

It was such a beautiful evening, so it was a given that we would be grillin'.

I bought quinoa for the first time ever and popped some of it in the rice cooker and chopped up some veggies...


All I had to do was relax while the boys manned the grill.


This was the most enjoyable and tasty dinner I have had in a while and made me hopeful for many more summer nights of grilling and eating outside.



Run
Yesterday's treadmill workout left me a leg-trembling sweaty mess.

The hills and burst combo really stuck it to me.  Shaving my legs in the shower was a major challenge.  That workout is a keeper.
