As usual, WFH meant I didn't run until after work, but it was well worth the wait. The weather was glorious and the sun charged me through an easy, breezy 5 miles.
I felt like my fridge and pantry were calling out to my growling stomach all day, hence many snacks. Breakfast was by far the best due to my most recent sale purchase: blueberry Noosa.
Have you tried this stuff? It is Australian yogurt, but to me it taste more like cream cheese. I don't know if I will ever be able to eat fat free yogurt again, but I must because this stuff in costly in dollars and calories. To budget it out, I only used half in my parfait, and saved half for later.

|Lunch: rice (5), chicken (3), and salsa with a side of green pepper|

DP (31) + RP (11) - EP (46) = -4 I should be surprised, my intake consistented mostly of carbs.
