I don't think we have ever grilled in January, at least comfortably, but I love it. I am soaking up every last bit of this beautiful weather!
Those chicken burgers were so yummy and packed with flavor! I ate mine plain without a bun and it was very tasty. Dan ate his with a potato bun, a slice of cheese, and a generous dollop of mayo. His was tastier.

For a side I (semi-successfully) tried to duplicate the ginger spaghetti squash we tried at Bonefish Grill a few weeks ago. I mixed together about two T of chopped ginger, one T of butter, and 2 T of honey and drizzled the mixture on top of the cut in half and de-seeded squash. Then I roasted it at 375 for about 45 minutes. It was okay, but felt like it was lacking something. Back to the drawing board.
Dessert was another boring bowl of cereal. Sigh. No worries, tonight,I have something exciting up my sleeve!
Yesterday I ran 4 miles while watching the pilot of the new show Smash.
Any show that starts out singing Somewhere Over the Rainbow will have a home in my Hulu que every week.
